This service is used for pre-scheduled patient transfer such as moving patient discharge from hospital back to their home, regular hospital doctor appointment and dialysis appointment.

As for interstate transfer, patient who with to travel long way back to their home town but need some special care during the journey, we do also provide such service for those who need.
