Our history
2018
S&J Health Services began, founded by two healthcare professionals with a combined 20+ years of industry experience. The company set out to provide high-quality ambulance services centred on early detection and immediate treatment — the kind of care that changes outcomes.
2018–2026
Starting with a single basic life support ambulance, we grew into a trusted name in ambulance and pre-hospital care across Malaysia.
July 2026
We rebranded from S&J Health Services to Hope Medicare — a new name that better reflects the standard of care and the promise we’ve always tried to keep to the people we serve.

Our team
One of Hope Medicare’s greatest strengths is its highly trained, certified medical staff.
